$55,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr A well-established and highly reputable company in the consumer packaged goods sector is seeking a Replenishment & Customer Service Specialist to support both customer order fulfillment and warehouse inventory operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving logistics and coordination environment, ensuring exceptional service from order creation to delivery. This is an onsite position in San Francisco within the Distribution Department, reporting to the Distribution Manager. Responsibilities

Monitor daily safety stock levels across assigned warehouses Create purchase and transfer orders to replenish warehouse inventory Process and track transfers of co-packed items Confirm shipping and delivery status for customer orders and invoice upon receipt of proof of delivery (if not automated) Trace and track outbound customer orders using internal systems and communication with logistics partners, identifying potential delays and taking proactive action Communicate effectively with internal branches to flag and resolve shipping or delivery issues Coordinate with warehouses to review shortage reports and inform Sales and Branches of product availability updates Provide backup support to other Distribution personnel as needed Validate inbound and monthly warehouse charges and assist with invoice reconciliations Maintain strong relationships with public warehouses, co-packers, carriers, and internal teams Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements

High School Diploma required; AA/Associate’s Degree preferred 2–5 years of experience in warehouse distribution, inventory control, or customer service, ideally within the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Windows, and email platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage order processing, shipping coordination, and administrative tracking Experience with invoicing and basic accounting procedures is a plus Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Salary Range: $55,000 – $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and additional employer-sponsored perks We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
