Job Summary
This position is mainly responsible for customer order processing, administrative follow-up, and performing as a member of the warehouse replenishment team. The role involves tracing outbound customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and proactive problem avoidance in transportation and delivery phases. General Accountabilities
Daily monitoring of safety stock levels of assigned warehouses Creating purchase or transfer orders for warehouse replenishment Processing and monitoring transfers of co-packed items Confirming shipping and delivery status of all customer orders and timely invoicing Tracing and tracking customer orders for assigned warehouses using system tools and communication with logistics partners Providing effective and timely communication with branches to inform potential or ongoing issues regarding shipping and delivery Backing up other Distribution personnel Reviewing shortage reports from WH and proactively communicating with Branches and Sales Performing relevant invoice processes such as validation of inbound and monthly charges from assigned warehouses Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required, AA college degree preferred Experience: Three to Five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in consumer packaged goods industry warehouse distribution, inventory control, or customer service Skills: Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Excel, Microsoft Windows, Word, and E-mail, written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent customer service skills, and experience in invoice issuance and accounting rules We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
