Boston, MA (Relocation Assistance Available) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects in and around the Boston area. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for delivering safe, profitable, and on-schedule projects, while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Responsibilities

Lead all phases of project execution from pre-construction through completion. Manage budgets, cost controls, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Direct project teams, including engineers, estimators, field supervisors, and subcontractors. Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and building long-term relationships. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control standards. Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Provide executive-level updates on performance, risks, and opportunities. Mentor junior project staff and contribute to professional development of the team.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in electrical utility construction (T&D, substations, or related infrastructure). Demonstrated success managing projects from $1M–$50M+. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Solid knowledge of utility construction methods, codes, and safety standards. Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the Boston area.
