Experience:

3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Sales About the Role

We’re hiring AEs for several high-growth AI, developer tool, and healthtech startups in San Francisco. You’ll

own the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing enterprise deals, and work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions. These roles are ideal for

hunters who thrive in fast-paced startups , enjoy building pipeline from scratch, and want a real impact on company growth. What You’ll Do

Drive the

full sales cycle

with a focus on net-new business. Generate your own pipeline (roughly 50% outbound). Deliver demos and articulate technical and business value. Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to refine sales strategy. Maintain pipeline in CRM and help foster a high-performance sales culture. Continuously improve messaging, tactics, and processes. Who You Are

3–6+ years

in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling

developer tools, AI, infrastructure, or healthtech . Proven track record of

exceeding quota

and closing complex deals. Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain sophisticated software solutions. Self-motivated hunter, proactive about building pipeline. Excellent communicator; comfortable with technical teams and C-level execs. Thrive in

fast-growing startup environments . Bonus Points

Experience with

enterprise DevOps, AI, or healthcare solutions . Prior success in

sales-led motion

with 4x quota attainment. Exposure to
