Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter collaborates with Operations to identify and screen quality Operations management/hourly candidates in assigned Region(s). The role researches innovative recruiting practices and develops sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines, with a focus on becoming an employer of choice. The position administers the full-cycle hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities

Partner with Operations to develop periodic regional recruiting strategies using Talent Acquisition and labor market data. Understand and share recruiting tactics and success rates with Operations; coach on best practices. Proactively identify staffing needs in assigned areas. Determine selection criteria with Operations to ensure diverse, high-quality Operations candidates. Plan interviews and selection processes, including screening calls, in-person/virtual interviews, and Operations interview steps, evaluating technical competence, background, skills, and cultural fit. Identify candidate sourcing methods (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) for Operations management roles. Research innovative approaches and best practices from competitors for presentation to Field HR and Operations leadership. Build internal and external relationships across postings, college recruiting, public organizations, etc. Prepare pre-employment background and reference checks, create offer letters, extend offers, and negotiate terms. Support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best-in-class experience. Train and coach Operations on employment processes, including interview techniques and Taleo. Lead recruitment training at regional level, including People Assessment, interview guides, recruitment marketing strategies, and candidate sourcing training. Conduct open houses and in-person interviews with Operations, and attend college recruiting events to identify candidates. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders on recruiting efforts and report weekly results and projects. Prepare and provide reports on recruitment outcomes. Must Reside Around The Following Areas

Bachelor’s degree required; major in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum three years of experience in recruiting for Operations management with a retail/hospitality company, including lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling. (Operations management experience may also be considered.) If hired, successful completion of annual store training. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement. If hired, successful completion of annual store training. Work Environment

Travel and store environment, 25%-45% overnight travel Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/Annual
