We’re seeking a detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to support a busy recruiting team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate records Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience Assist with job postings, background checks, and onboarding tasks Support recruiters with administrative and project-related duties Qualifications
1+ year of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS tools Ability to work 2–3 days per week onsite in downtown Chicago Seniority level
