We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects ranging from $10M to $200M. The work includes complex, high-performance builds across data centers, hospitals, government facilities, airports, rail systems, and manufacturing—utilizing advanced modular construction methods and innovative coordination tools.
As a Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in planning, scheduling, and executing all field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals. Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and logistics strategies. Oversee installation of electrical and modular assemblies, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and codes. Collaborate with owners, engineers, GCs, and internal support teams for procurement, logistics, safety, and quality. Manage site operations, materials, subcontractors, and manpower assignments. Inspect work to ensure adherence to design standards and regulatory requirements. Drive profitability, monitor production progress, and support project forecasting. Conduct performance reviews and coach field staff for professional growth. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including 2+ years as a Foreman. High School Diploma or GED required; Master Electrician License preferred. Strong understanding of large-scale construction processes and safety regulations. Proficient with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Revit, Accubid Anywhere, and Infralink. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work in field environments, including all weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces. What’s on Offer
