Overview
Director of Operational Finance role for a highly recognizable, global manufacturer. This hybrid position reports to senior leadership and focuses on operating finance practices within the company’s global manufacturing and supply chain functions. Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Position responsibilities
Guide and develop the operational finance team while serving as a strategic and trusted partner to the company’s global finance team Oversee and deliver the preparation of reports summarizing performance of manufacturing for the company’s global supply chain operations Lead and deliver manufacturing operational financial plans and monthly forecasts, and report actual results against forecasts with clear drivers of change Manage the company’s CAPEX forecasting and project tracking for operational projects Conduct quarterly operational reviews, P&L reporting, metrics, and analyses Maintain monthly cost runs and assist in updating product overhead rates Partner with senior leadership, regional plant controllers, global engineering and procurement teams to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met Keep Operations aligned with innovative technology and best systems available Drive initiatives to reduce manufacturing and supply chain costs Key qualifications and attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Ten+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; global experience highly preferred CPA or MBA preferred Proficiency with large ERP software preferred Manufacturing experience required Compensation
$175k-$200k+ with bonus potential Seniority level
