The company is hiring a

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to lead its global marketing organization and define the next phase of brand evolution, market growth, and product influence. This role requires a leader capable of translating sophisticated cloud and AI technologies into clear, resonant narratives that drive adoption and category leadership. The CMO will be accountable for brand strategy, integrated marketing, product positioning, and measurable demand creation. Beyond growth metrics, the CMO will shape the company’s perception in the market, positioning it as a thought leader in the convergence of cloud, data, and automation. Key Responsibilities

Global Brand Leadership : Define and elevate the company’s brand architecture, connecting product innovation, AI integration, and customer value into one cohesive identity. Integrated Marketing Strategy : Lead cross-functional alignment across brand, digital, and product marketing to create a unified and data-informed go-to-market system. Product Narrative Development : Partner with engineering and product teams to articulate technical differentiation — covering cloud scalability, workflow intelligence, and data orchestration. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing : Build predictive and data-driven marketing engines using automation, attribution modeling, and full-funnel performance analytics. Ecosystem Influence : Expand the company’s presence across cloud alliances, developer communities, and partner ecosystems to increase adoption and co-marketing impact. Thought Leadership & Communication : Shape the company’s external voice through industry research, content strategy, and executive visibility across global channels. Candidate Profile

15+ years in marketing leadership roles within

cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software companies

headquartered in the United States. Proven record of scaling marketing operations in companies exceeding

$200M ARR

or comparable growth-stage environments. Expertise across

brand architecture, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing analytics

with a strong technical understanding of cloud and AI systems. Experience building data-driven organizations with mastery of marketing automation, revenue attribution, and real-time performance analytics. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to align technical narrative with commercial impact. Recognized for combining creative vision with analytical discipline and for building global teams that scale high-performance marketing infrastructure.
