Talent Acquisition Lead is a leadership role at Pelico, a French scale-up focused on manufacturing intelligence and AI-driven supply chain optimization. The role aims to design, scale, and lead a world-class, AI-first global Talent Acquisition function that can grow across markets. Location
You will be based in Miami. We offer a hybrid work arrangement. Main Responsibilities
Deliver scalable, predictable hiring outcomes and consistently meet quarterly hiring targets across Pelico teams. Anticipate workforce needs with regional leadership and convert them into proactive hiring roadmaps. Build diverse pipelines through partnerships with universities and talent networks. Recruit, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. Embed AI-native workflows (sourcing agents, automated scheduling, intelligent matching). Drive 2–3× recruiter productivity by leveraging AI tools. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Design and execute a US-focused employer branding strategy, then scale globally to position Pelico as a top employer in supply chain & AI software. Ensure premium candidate experience; represent Pelico at industry events and build a strong digital presence. Build a next-gen recruiting stack: ATS + AI sourcing + interview intelligence + predictive analytics. Standardize metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, offer acceptance) and deploy AI-powered dashboards for executive visibility; deliver quarterly workforce insights and recommendations to leadership. Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in enterprise SaaS / global scale-up recruiting, ideally in AI, industrial tech, or supply chain. Expertise with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics. Experience running employer branding campaigns in the US market. Familiarity with US labor law and international compliance. Strong stakeholder influence with executive presence.
