R-111723The Executive TA Partner will lead the creation of a dedicated executive hiring vertical, designing a global search framework, managing priority leadership searches, and advising senior leadership on market and succession strategies. This role will elevate how the company identifies, engages, and hires top executive and senior leadership talent globally. Acting as a strategic partner, the incumbent will provide deep market intelligence, competitive insights, and succession planning support—building executive-level credibility with Assurant’s leadership team and People Organization (PO) senior leadership team.The role involves building capabilities to deliver insights on competitor leadership movements, talent trends, compensation, and diversity, while establishing and managing strategic partnerships with search firms and advisors to optimize cost and service quality. Advanced selection methodologies including behavioral and psychometric assessments will be introduced, aligned with leadership development profiles, alongside launching an Executive Employer Branding program to enhance candidate experience and Assurant’s attractiveness as an employer.Executive Hiring Strategy & Delivery* Design and operationalize a global executive search framework and process, defining sourcing channels, candidate engagement strategies, and governance standards.* Personally manage end-to-end executive search processes for priority leadership roles, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.* Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO, ExCo members, and senior business leaders, advising on market conditions, talent availability, and succession planning.Market Intelligence & Strategic Advisory* Build and lead a talent market intelligence capability to deliver insights on:

+ Competitor leadership movements

+ Emerging talent trends

+ Compensation benchmarking

+ Diversity representation within executive talent pools* Deliver quarterly executive market briefs to CPO and senior TA leadership.* Translate data into actionable insights to inform workforce and succession strategies.Partnership Development* Identify and establish strategic partnerships with executive search firms and talent intelligence providers.* Negotiate and manage contractual agreements to ensure optimized cost, service quality, and time-to-market.* Build strong relationships with external advisors, assessment providers, and leadership networks to enhance reach and credibility.Assessment & Selection Excellence* Introduce advanced selection methodologies, including:

+ Behavioural and competency-based interview frameworks

+ Psychometric and leadership potential assessments* Partner with Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness teams to ensure alignment with Assurant’s leadership success profile.* Coach and upskill stakeholders on executive selection best practices.Executive Employer Brand & Candidate Experience* Develop and launch an Executive Employer Branding program in partnership with Recruitment Marketing, creating a “HALO effect” that that elevates visibility and attractiveness.* Curate differentiated, high-touch candidate and stakeholder experiences, positioning Assurant as an employer of choice at the executive level.Governance & Continuous Improvement* Define metrics and success measures for executive hiring effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality, diversity representation, stakeholder and candidate satisfaction, 1st year attrition rate).* Continuously evaluate and refine executive search processes, incorporating stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.* Ensure compliance with all global hiring regulations and internal governance standards.Year 1 Key Deliverables* Develop executive search process* Introduce advanced selection methodologies (behavioural and psychometric evaluations / assessments)* Establish global strategic partnerships with a select # of vendors and agree contractual terms – enabling more efficient time to market.* Establish talent market intelligence (research capabilities)* Executive employer branding programme – HALO effect – in partnership with Recruitment MarketingPay Range:$101,500.00 - $169,400.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.If there is no posting end date listed then this is a pipeline requisition, and we will continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.**Helping People Thrive in a Connected World**
