Full time Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience in retail sales preferred. Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions. Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions. Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc. A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English. Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by the supervisor. Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Skills
Leadership and Management
Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service. Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and aligned with Company standards. Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor. Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image. Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees. Site Relationships
Develop positive relationships with suppliers. Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Promote and safeguard a safe, positive public image within the community. Training and Development
Prepare timely performance appraisals in writing for all employees with objective feedback. Train all employees to meet customer service, site image and marketing standards. Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness. Communication
Ensure timely and effective communication with all employees. Establish periodic meetings with site employees and the Market Manager. Organizing and Planning
Develop action plans to achieve site objectives. Organize and maintain site files and manuals. Manage and supervise store employees to complete required reports accurately and timely. Ensure merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and priced correctly. Ensure employment posters and signs are accessible to all employees. Financial
Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits. Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage margins. Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed. Working Conditions
Primarily indoors; may work outside to clean parking lots, pumps, or dispose of waste. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures in walk-in cooler/freezer. Occasional noise; work with minimal supervision. Note:
