Our client, a global hospitality leader recognized for its world-class service and people-first culture, is seeking a

Compensation Transformation Program Manager

to lead the Compensation workstream within a major multi-year HR modernization initiative. This role will be pivotal in guiding the successful design, configuration, and implementation of the Compensation module in Oracle HCM, ensuring consistency and alignment across global operations. The Compensation Transformation Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the Compensation workstream as part of a broader HR transformation. This position is responsible for developing and executing the workstream’s project plan, ensuring alignment with program objectives, managing interdependencies across HR functions, and driving successful delivery from initiation through stabilization. Base pay range $50.00/hr - $85.00/hr Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the Compensation workstream within the Oracle HCM implementation program. Maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation for compensation-related initiatives. Partner with HR leadership, PMO, and other workstream leads (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) to align timelines, dependencies, and governance processes. Represent the Compensation workstream in program forums, providing updates on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies. Define requirements for compensation design by region, country, and currency to support global consistency and compliance. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live validation of the Compensation module. Monitor and report on KPIs and transformation success measures tied to compensation effectiveness. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR transformation, with strong project or program management expertise. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a global, matrixed environment. Deep understanding of compensation strategy, governance, and compliance frameworks. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business functions. Experience with HR technology platforms, ideally Oracle HCM or similar systems. Skilled in data-driven decision making, with experience analyzing compensation market data and internal equity metrics. Preferred Attributes
