Overview
Our client, a global hospitality leader recognized for its world-class service and people-first culture, is seeking a
Benefits Transformation Program Manager
to support a large-scale HR technology transformation. This individual will play a key role in modernizing the organization’s benefits operations through the implementation of Oracle HCM, ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues worldwide. This role is responsible for orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of all activities tied to the implementation of the Benefits module. Acting as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, this individual ensures that the workstream meets its strategic goals on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Benefits workstream across all stages of the Oracle HCM implementation, from design through deployment and stabilization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables specific to benefits-related initiatives.
Partner with HR leadership, PMO teams, and other workstream leads to align milestones, dependencies, and governance standards.
Serve as the key point of contact for Benefits-related updates, presenting progress, risks, and decisions at program forums.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Compensation, IT, vendors) to manage interdependencies and ensure smooth integration across modules.
Oversee testing efforts, including UAT and post-implementation validation of the Benefits module.
Track and report on transformation outcomes, performance metrics, and adoption measures to ensure business value realization.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR transformation, benefits administration, or enterprise program management.
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives in global or matrixed environments.
Strong understanding of employee benefits strategy, design, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence diverse stakeholder groups. Familiarity with HR systems and benefits technology platforms (experience with Oracle HCM preferred).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Adept at building relationships across functions and levels to drive alignment and accountability.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams through testing, deployment, and adoption phases of system rollouts.
