Overview
This is a 2+ year contract, hybrid to downtown Chicago, IL. PURPOSE: The Compensation Transformation Lead will serve as the project manager for the Compensation Workstream within a large, multi-workstream 2-year program to implement Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, coordination, and facilitation of the Compensation workstream activities to successfully implement the Compensation module. The Compensation Transformation Lead will work closely with the HR Program Management Office (PMO), other workstream leads, and key stakeholders to deliver program outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
Own the Compensation workstream of the broader HR transformation program, including maintenance of the project plan, status reporting, benefit stakeholder alignment and delivery of key milestones. Ensure alignment of the compensation plan with the overall program objectives, interdependencies, and governance processes. Represent the Compensation workstream at program meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Identify and coordinate interdependencies across other workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, etc) and ensure risks, issues, and escalations are effectively managed. Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for compensation transformation initiatives. Drive testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of the compensation module and policy changes. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or HR transformation, with significant project or program management experience Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program structure. Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, design, governance, and compliance. Excellent program management skills, including planning, governance, and execution. Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration. Experience with HR technology and Compensation administration platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market data and internal metrics. Details
