Job Title: Senior Employment Law Attorney - Defense
Location: Fully Remote (California-Based Firm)
Salary: $250,000-$285,000+ (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney with 12-20 years of experience, ideally with First or Second Chair trial experience, and a strong background in Class Actions and PAGA cases. This is a high-impact role with leadership potential, offering the chance to work on challenging litigation matters in a supportive and entrepreneurial setting.
