6 months contract with the possibility of another 6 months extension Start Date:
Oct 2025 Shift Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotational shifts) License / Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Required Medical Assistant Certification - Preferred but not mandatory Minimum Qualification / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a Medical Assistant or healthcare support training program preferred Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or urgent care setting is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients during intake and triage, including obtaining vital signs and medical history Support clinical documentation and EMR data entry for providers Maintain clean and organized exam/treatment rooms; restock and sterilize equipment as needed Monitor patients and communicate any status changes to clinical team Assist with patient flow, coordination, and transfers within the facility Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely, compassionate manner Follow infection control policies, safety protocols, and facility procedures
