Key responsibilities include: Enhancing customer service excellence Upholding company standards for product and facilities Supervising food safety practices and operational protocols Managing finances to meet profitability goals Recruiting, training, and motivating team members The General Manager will also engage hands-on with operations as needed to train staff and address customer needs, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. Principal Accountabilities Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality : Ensure prompt service and positive guest relations while maintaining the quality of products. Resolve customer complaints effectively, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Financial : Develop the annual operating plan while analyzing sales and expenses to achieve profit margin targets. Mentor team members on financial best practices, and manage vendor relationships. Operations : Oversee maintenance standards for facilities and equipment, manage daily inventory and food preparation, and oversee scheduling for management and crew. Human Resources : Oversee all HR activities, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations, to cultivate a positive and compliant work environment.
