Description
The General Manager provides leadership and directs operations at a restaurant, ensuring that it meets or exceeds its financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering top-notch customer service

Supervising food handling and operational processes

Selecting, training, and motivating staff

Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
