Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Purchase office equipment when appropriate • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Compensation: $33,000 - $40,000
