About the Role

We're seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Product Manager to join an empowered product team. You'll work side-by-side with engineering and design to discover and deliver solutions that solve real customer problems. This isn't about managing a backlog of features—it's about deeply understanding problems, collaborating daily with engineers to explore solutions, and taking shared ownership of outcomes. If you thrive in continuous discovery, love working directly with engineers, and want to build products that matter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Delivery
  • Define and communicate product vision and objectives aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Manage discovery and delivery in parallel—validate ideas while shipping product
  • Make informed trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and timing with the team
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes
  • Product Discovery & Problem Solving
  • Partner daily with engineering and design in continuous discovery to deeply understand customer problems
  • Conduct rapid experimentation and prototyping to test assumptions before building
  • Focus on outcomes over outputs—tackle risks (value, usability, feasibility, viability) early
  • Engage directly with customers weekly through interviews, site visits, and feedback sessions
  • Use evidence and insights, not opinions, to make product decisions
  • Engineering Collaboration
  • Work as a true partner with engineering, not as a gatekeeper or task manager
  • Collaborate on technical discovery—understand constraints, explore solutions together, and leverageengineering creativity
  • Involve engineers early in customer conversations and problem discovery
  • Share context on the "why" behind problems so the team can discover the best "how"
  • Respect engineering expertise and create space for engineers to contribute to product direction
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Build strong relationships across operations, clinical, fulfi llment, marketing, and sales teams
  • Ensure the product team has the context and access needed to make good decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge and insights
  • Act as a connector between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Launch & Iteration
  • Plan and coordinate product launches, including internal and external communications
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception through sunset

Experience & Background

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with engineering teams on product discovery anddelivery
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
  • Experience building integrations and working with APIs, third-party systems, or platform ecosystems
  • Regular exposure to customers-you've spent time understanding their problems fi rsthand
  • Healthcare, logistics, or pharmacy industry experience is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep curiosity about customers, technology, and the business-you ask "why" a lot
  • Humble and collaborative mindset-you believe the best ideas come from the team, not just you
  • Strong analytical abilities with comfort using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication skills to build trust and share context across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
  • Technical credibility to have meaningful conversations with engineers about feasibility and trade-offs
  • Proven ability to influence through trust and evidence, not authority

Tools & Methods

  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Product board)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Familiarity with design tools and prototyping software is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice to Have

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi eld
  • Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, or supply chain/logistics
  • Background in UX design or software engineering
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise integrations
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, pharmacy compliance)

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $60/hr-$75/hr on W2
