Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Partner of a reputable company. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the Partner’s work runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Partner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support meetings with agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Process expense reports accurately
  • Assist with special projects and occasional personal tasks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably with UHNW individuals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in real estate investment or private equity a plus

Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote

Salary: Up to $145,000 DOE with great benefits
