AppleOne Employment Services is hiring: Manufacturing Specialist in Indianapolis

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our team. This role supports production operations by ensuring equipment runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Strong technical ability with troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and work rules
• Perform quality checks and accurately document results
• Adhere to safety and GMP guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (including stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal)
• Complete batch documentation and maintenance summaries as required
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production standards
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready for each shift (shift meetings start at 5:45 am/pm)
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm / 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Rotating schedule: 3 work shifts, 2 off, 2 work shifts, 3 off (subject to business needs)
