Contract Length:

13 weeks

Shift:

12-hour day shifts (4:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Weekend/Holiday:

Every other weekend, rotating holidays

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI or compact state (Iowa RN license accepted)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required

Minimum 2 years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Experience in Critical Access Hospital and Med/Surg settings required

Epic charting experience preferred

Must begin medical compliance process within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients in a low-risk OB setting

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care

Float to Med/Surg unit as needed, supporting a diverse patient population

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic (preferred)

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
