Assignment Length:

13-week travel nursing contract

Shift:

12-hour day shifts (AM); every other weekend required

Estimated Weekly Pay:

$1950–$2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience in a U.S. hospital

Clinical experience with neuro, oncology, and surgical patient populations

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend

Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to neuro, oncology, and surgical patients in a telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status for acute care patients

Administer IV medications, including anti-arrhythmic and anti-seizure drugs, per hospital protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing care

Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
