Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain timelines and quality standards. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

A strong background in commercial construction project management. Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to challenges.
