Job Description
Manage all phases of K-12 and other commercial construction projects, from initiation to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, school boards, and community members. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the construction industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines. What's on Offer
