We are seeking a proactive and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk area, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and performing a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Benefits
