We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to take ownership of a fast-moving, high-visibility hardware deployment project! • Worksite Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Compensation: $45.00-$65.00 per hour

What you will do as the Project Manager:

• Take full ownership of project execution - from scheduling technicians and coordinating vendors to managing communications with internal teams and stakeholders
• Partner with multiple Project Managers to align timelines, resources, and work orders across overlapping projects for efficiency
• Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, including the executive team, providing concise updates on project milestones, risks, and progress
• Navigate and adapt to changing project conditions, addressing unknowns, go-backs, and rework with composure and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of all equipment
• Track and report on project performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Translate technical details from field technicians into business-friendly updates for non-technical audiences

What you will bring to the Project Manager role:

• 3-7 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within hardware, IT infrastructure, or field deployment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements and incomplete information
• Familiarity with basic hardware concepts (networking, security, or connectivity equipment such as Meraki systems, modems, or cellular internet) preferred
• Proficiency in standard project management tools and methods (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
