Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-Suite leaders and partner with our 3rd-party legal team. This role combines executive and legal coordination, requiring strong organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative and project support to C-Suite executives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on contracts and compliance
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal documents and agreements
  • Support governance activities, meeting preparation, and documentation
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and manage sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives
  • Familiar with legal terminology, contracts, and corporate governance
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
