The Director of Marketing for Philadelphia is responsible for defining the destination of the business and brand strategy of Philadelphia in the United States. As a leader of the global Philadelphia community at Kraft Heinz, the Director will write the recipe for making Philadelphia an irresistible food brand in the world.

Experience building iconic brands with a clear strategy, brand purpose, and consumer experience
Track record of defining the destination for a brand and mobilizing resources to enable the vision
Track record of delivering results in dynamic fast-paced environments
Ability to grow market share profitably in a matrixed organization
Ability to influence and build advocacy at all levels through a culture of collaboration
Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering inclusive team culture

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $159,400.00 - $199,200.00, a performance-based bonus, and additional compensation in the form of equity. Benefits include affordable access to healthcare, protection, and savings for the future, as well as a variety of wellbeing programs.
