Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CNA for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshfield, WI. Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with nurses and healthcare teams, and support for patients daily needs while benefiting from competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance (repositioning, transfers, ambulation)
• Assist with feeding and meals as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• One year of recent CNA experience
• Valid CNA registration in compliance with state regulations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Preferred

• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

Essential Skills

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication
• English reading, writing, and communication proficiency
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; proficient in PC skills
• Physical ability to remain stationary and to move equipment (50-100 lbs), push, pull, and bend
• Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain professionalism
• Ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and maneuver equipment
• Mental ability to handle frequent public contact, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills
