The opportunity Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. What will you do?

Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met

Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks

Assist managers in team member training and compliance

Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume

Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

More about you

Experience working in a restaurant.

Supervisory experience

Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills

No college degree required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical requirements

Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs

Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
