You will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs). Your role includes: Delivering age-appropriate care based on individual care plans. Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Supporting residents during meal times and ensuring a positive dining experience. Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to their care. Communicating any changes in resident conditions to the nursing team. Maintaining cleanliness of living areas and participating in wellness programs. Engaging residents in recreational activities and providing emotional support. Potentially leading restorative nursing programs and documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16 required; two years of clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required. Annual competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours) are mandatory. Restorative Nursing training may be required within six months.
