Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will deliver age-appropriate care focused on both the physical and psychological needs of residents. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing. Obtaining and recording vital signs. Providing emotional support and personal care to residents. Assisting residents with mobility and exercises. Creating a positive dining experience through meal assistance and preparation. Documenting care and any changes in residents' conditions. Engaging in wellness and recreational programming to encourage participation. Qualifications High school graduate or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16, with prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or enrollment in a CNA training program required. Commitment to completing annual continuing education requirements.
