Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivering care tailored to the physical and emotional needs of residents as outlined in their care plans. Assisting with basic health care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs. Providing support with mobility, transfers, and exercises. Ensuring a positive dining experience through assistance with meals and snacks. Documentation of resident interactions and maintaining communication with the nursing staff regarding any changes in resident condition. Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation. Qualifications Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory) and be at least 16 years of age. Prior experience as a nursing assistant in long-term care is preferred. You must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or obtain certification within four months of starting the position. Ongoing education and competency testing required annually.
