We’re looking for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead our tasting room and wine club operations. This role blends guest experience, sales leadership, and operational management to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and every member feels valued. Create a welcoming, educational, and memorable environment for every guest Drive tasting room sales and wine club signups through strategic initiatives and team coaching Act as the main contact for private tastings, group events, and custom experiences Coordinate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless events Represent the winery at off-site tastings, partnerships, and industry events Qualifications
At least 3 years of tasting room or hospitality management experience Strong wine knowledge with the ability to educate guests and guide them through tastings Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when needed Physical requirements: standing for long periods, frequent use of hands for pouring and serving, and ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs safely Benefits

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Location & Travel
Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Napa, CA 94558 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Napa, CA 94558: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
