Overview

Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC ("ACM") is seeking a skilled

Systems Administrator

to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide day-to-day support for our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Windows workstation/server environment, AWS cloud resources, and Unifi network infrastructure. This role also includes handling escalations, troubleshooting, implementing security best practices, and supporting mission-critical systems essential to our business operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain

Windows Servers

(Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, etc.) Administer and optimize

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

environments, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Workspaces, and networking Configure, monitor, and support

Unifi networking equipment , including cameras, switches, access points, and firewalls Oversee and manage

Active Directory

and

Microsoft 365 administration Ensure system security through backups, patching, and vulnerability management Support end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support our IT helpdesk as a technical resource and primary escalation point Maintain clear and accurate documentation for systems, processes, and configurations Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement IT infrastructure improvements Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of IT systems administration experience Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work as part of a team/independently Extensive hands-on experience with

Windows Server administration Proficiency in

Microsoft 365 administration Experience managing resources in

AWS

(EC2, IAM, S3, backups, networking) Solid understanding of

Unifi (Ubiquiti) networking hardware Experience with

Okta, Veeam, Mimecast, Cisco Umbrella, and ZenDesk Working knowledge of core networking concepts and protocols Familiarity with

cybersecurity best practices Preferred: Experience with

mortgage/financial services industry systems Familiarity with management/monitoring tools (e.g.,

ConnectWise Automate [Labtech], PRTG ) Scripting and automation skills

(PowerShell, Python, etc.) Virtualization experience

(VMware) Working knowledge of

Microsoft Always On VPN, Cisco AnyConnect Familiarity with Windows deployment –
