Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience Advanced Excel Industry experience would be great but not necessary Responsibilities
Prepare and process AR for billing, and analyze aging and write off reports Collect late payments and fees Set up and maintain new customers Payment history reporting Cash journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Wires and analyze cash Communicate with the bank around credit borrowing and payoffs Prepare schedules for GL accounts Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation Inventory reporting and counts Prepare rent, loan amortization, and notes receivable interest schedules Assist with month-end close, internal controls, and the audit What is in this Senior Accountant role for you?
