Develop regional category management strategy and execution plan, including value, innovation, sustainability, resilience, cost optimization, automation and speed. Define total value metrics and tracking methodology for key supplier relationships. Develop cost models and drive fact-based cost forecasts and budget guidance for supply spend. Update annual Category/Supplier Segmentation for Capital, Facilities Services, Real Estate, Construction and MRO, and develop supplier engagement models accordingly. Negotiate strategic supplier contracts and support/supervise regional Savings and Growth initiatives; achieve or exceed annual savings goals. Identify and assess category risks; develop and execute risk mitigation plans. Maintain a holistic view of the business, track opportunities, and present solutions to the supply network; ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Lead the North America Services Procurement supply network to implement category governance, strategic supplier relations, and sharing of best practices. Develop and maintain positive relationships with category partners to align procurement with business priorities; elevate partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation and total value. Lead top-to-top engagements with strategic suppliers and drive Supplier Relationship Management program with identified partners. Drive innovation, automation and efficiency across spend through industry benchmarking and category trend analysis; implement related process improvements. Contribute to renewable energy and sustainability initiatives and goals. Perform spend analysis and apply analytics best practices for North America procurement; support Global Procurement Digital Transformation. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; at least 8 years of Manufacturing/Engineering/Procurement experience. Preferred:

Strong project management, communication and priority-setting; solid business analysis using data and information systems; strong leadership and relationship-building at all levels; negotiation skills including planning and professionalism; ability to work cross-functional and cross-regional with procurement experience.
