1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans across multiple channels (digital, print, social, etc.). Align communication strategies with overall brand and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, HR) to support key initiatives and campaigns. 2. Content Development

Craft compelling copy for various platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media, press releases, blogs, brochures, and internal communications. Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with marketing goals. Work with partners to bring content to life visually. 3. Brand Management

Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints. Support rebranding efforts or the launch of sub-brands and new initiatives. Monitor brand perception and ensure alignment with company values and market positioning. 4. Media & Public Relations

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and PR agencies. Coordinate and manage media inquiries, press releases, and earned media opportunities. Pitch stories and secure media placements in relevant publications or outlets. Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies and campaigns. Track engagement and performance metrics across platforms, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure SEO best practices are followed in digital communications. 6. Internal Communications

Manage company-wide communications, announcements, newsletters, and leadership messaging. Support change management and culture-building initiatives through clear and consistent messaging. 7. Event & Campaign Support

Assist in the planning and promotion of webinars, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. Create supporting materials such as banners, invitations, signage, and presentations. 8. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and communications. Create reports to inform future strategies and improve performance. Use data to drive storytelling and improve audience engagement. Manage communication vendors and external creative agencies. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials and services. 10. Compliance & Approval Processes

Ensure all materials comply with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines. Coordinate with legal or compliance teams when necessary.
