Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join the Housekeeping Team. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a Fortune 500 company and a sophisticated luxury brand.

As a luxury hotel with 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space and three food and beverage outlets (The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining), the property emphasizes exceptional guest service.

Classification: Part-Time

Shift: Various – evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn-down service, including removing or storing bedcovers, fulfilling guest preferences (e.g., filling ice bucket), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
