Join our team at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls and help prepare and finish metal parts used in a variety of industries. Working closely with a skilled team, you’ll ensure every part meets our high standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

When You’ll Work

Monday through Thursday, 800pm to 620am

What You’ll Make

$21.50 - $24.50 / hour

What You’ll Do

• Learn and follow work instructions, job sheets, and safety manuals to perform polishing operations according to customer specifications.
• Assist in inspecting parts for flaws, damage, or dimensional issues under supervision.
• Receive hands-on training on polishing tools and equipment such as belt polishers, buffing wheels, and sandblasters.
• Learn proper setup, application, and care of polishing belts and tools.
• Practice accurate measurement techniques using micrometers, thickness gauges, and profilometers.
• Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
