Accounting & Finance Recruiter (direct hire, contract to hire, and contract type placements) Are you an Accounts Payable Specialist ready to work for an established San Diego based non-profit company? I am looking for a self-starter with experience working with high volume A/P environments. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and show everyone what you’ve got. The pay for this great Accounts Payable Specialist job is up to $28/hr. Responsibilities of this Accounts Payable position in San Diego include: Enter vendor invoices in the A/P workflow Ensure proper and timely invoice data entry, coding and authorization for payment Audit and process employee expense reports for posting and payment Reconcile A/P liability to A/P module on a monthly basis Follow up with vendors on outstanding invoices, obtain necessary documentation Work cross functionally with contacts to resolve any invoice or vendor issues Efficiently handles high volume of invoices monthly Qualifications

3+ years in an A/P role Strong proficiency with Excel Experience with QuickBooks, SAGE, or any other ERP system Detail oriented, team player, skilled at working in a fast paced high volume environment Benefits
