Overview
Deskside support representative role providing hands-on troubleshooting for end users. The main office is located in Cupertino, CA with occasional support for a second office in Sunnyvale, CA. Hardware is 50% Apple and 50% Windows. Ticketing tool is Service Now and communication tool is Skype. This is a fully onsite position in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities
Day to Day support of end users and customer service
Hands-on Deskside support (100% day-to-day)
Desktop/Laptop installation and de-installation
Desktop/Laptop hardware support
End-user LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
W7/10 Apple OSX OS Support and general client networking support
Qualifications
6 months to 3 years target experience in day-to-day Deskside support in a corporate or retail IT environment
2 to 3 years end-user client LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
Windows 7 exposure; Windows 10 and Apple OSX experience
Macintosh; Apple OSX; Deskside
Customer service experience
Benefits and Pay The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on the job classification and length of employment.
