Desktop Support - VIP/Executive Support role at Jobs via Dice. This role is onsite in Santa Ana, CA, supporting VIP clients with desktop hardware and software in a deskside capacity. Responsibilities
Provide 100% deskside on-site desktop support for end users in Santa Ana, CA. Support VIP clients with high-level desktop issues, requiring professional customer service and discreet handling. Assist in OS refresh efforts and manage Windows 11 environments. Set up new users including desktop configuration, email accounts, LDAP accounts, and VPN accounts. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops; assist remote and local employees as needed. Participate in software and hardware life cycle processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation. Qualifications
Must have VIP experience and strong customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation. Experience with Windows 11 and OS refresh efforts required. Corporate desktop support experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues; on-site deskside role (not a service desk). Experience with high-level clients and executive support. 2-5 years of related experience required. Associate's degree in a technical field (computer science, computer engineering or related) preferred. Knowledge of Windows OS; experience with desktop installation/configuration; troubleshooting desktop and mobile device issues. Skills

Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits
