Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities

Analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and guide clients to optimise financial performance and decision-making. Develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Grow as a strategic advisor, leverage influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. Motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment on when to act or escalate. Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and contribute to the firm’s success. Communicate clearly and simplify complex information to influence stakeholders. Lead teams through ambiguity, demanding client environments, and complex engagements. Qualifications

Basic qualifications: Minimum Degree Required – Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or experience selling/implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury, or working directly in a corporation performing core treasury or IT activities. Preferred qualifications: MBA; CPA, CTP, CFA; TMS vendor certifications. Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science. Knowledge/Skills: Deep treasury and finance knowledge, experience with Treasury Management Systems and payment tools, bank connectivity, global liquidity management, data visualization and analytics tools, digital technologies impacting finance and accounting, and strong communication and client-management abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex engagements and lead teams; commercial acumen and proposal development experience. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $124,000 - $280,000, plus potential discretionary bonus. Salary varies by location and applicable employment laws.
