These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum) 7 year(s) of working in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements or related experience (e.g., selling and/or implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury) Preferred: MBA; Master of Business Administration Preferred Fields Of Study: Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science Certification(s) Preferred: CPA, CTP, CFA; TMS Vendor Certification Demonstrates ability to manage teams, deliver finance and treasury strategy, design and implementation projects Experience with Treasury Management Systems and Payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline) Knowledge of bank connectivity (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) and global liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting) Proficiency with collaboration and data-driven tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, BI tools) Ability to work with ambiguity, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders Additional Information
Lead teams and navigate difficult client conversations; monitor workloads and provide candid feedback; keep leadership informed of progress and issues. Work with a global team at all organizational levels. Apply knowledge of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design, and benchmarking. Advise global organizations through transformations from strategy through execution. Possess commercial acumen and experience identifying opportunities and creating proposals. Basic Qualifications
