These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities Analyse client needs and develop financial strategies for capital structure optimization, liquidity and cash flow management, and related treasury activities. Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Lead and coach teams to deliver finance and treasury transformation initiatives, balancing risk, quality, and client value. Apply systems thinking and data-driven storytelling to communicate clear, holistic solutions and outcomes. Navigate ambiguity, manage client expectations, and escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with a global team and stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7 years of working in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or selling/implementing technology solutions for finance and treasury, or working directly in a corporation performing core treasury or IT activities Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration CPA, CTP, or CFA; TMS Vendor Certification Degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science Knowledge/Skills Deep understanding of corporate treasury functions (global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, currency and commodity hedging) Experience implementing Treasury Management Systems and payment tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline) Knowledge of bank connectivity options (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) Liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting) Familiarity with collaboration, automation and data-driven storytelling using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and BI tools Awareness of digital technologies impacting Finance and Accounting (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, ML/AI) Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver top-level results Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills Experience leading teams, managing workloads, and providing feedback Collaborative mindset across a global team and organization Using operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboards and benchmarking Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy to execution Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously Learn more about how we work: https://pwc.to/how-we-work PwC is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
