The opportunity focuses on EY’s SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) practice, delivering strategic solutions to transform logistics operations and drive cost efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, gather and analyze requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architectures. Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery; apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Travel to meet with clients as required to build relationships and understand needs. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules; design and document custom RICEF solutions and functional specifications. Perform testing and support the development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate deep technical capability with strong business acumen and the ability to assimilate new knowledge. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and design functional specifications; translate requirements into effective SAP and non-SAP integrations. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and SAP EWM configuration. Experience with technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Comfort with researching client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ability to build and manage relationships; capacity for critical thinking and complex problem-solving. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel estimated at 40–60%). Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience. SAP certifications. Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance-based rewards. US base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900; NYC Metro/Washington State/California range: $122,900 to $213,400. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration 40–60% of the time on engagements, projects, or year.
